This notice covers the inquiry form for Sandy Tune. Direct contact details must be confirmed before public launch.

What the form collects

Your name, phone number, email address (if you choose to give one), selected goals (if any), and the vehicle details or questions you include in your message, along with your agreement to be contacted. Clicking a vehicle category also includes that category with your inquiry. Do not submit payment details, sensitive documents, or a full VIN.

How your information is used

Information is used to review your vehicle needs and respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are forwarded to the business through the Telegram Bot API. The ad landing page also collects vehicle type, year/make/model, engine and registration location, plus campaign tags and ad click identifiers present in its URL. When a CRM or lead log is configured (for example, a Google Sheet), inquiries from both forms are also sent there so the business can manage your inquiry. They are not added to a marketing mailing list by this website.

Delivery and service providers

Telegram receives the inquiry contents to deliver the notification to the business account. Telegram bot messages are not end-to-end encrypted. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to prevent automated abuse. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.

Security and cookies

A short-lived, essential security cookie protects the form against cross-site submissions. The server uses temporary, in-memory request limits to reduce abuse. The application does not write leads to a local database or application logs. A configured CRM stores inquiries under its retention settings. Campaign details are taken from the current landing-page URL; this website does not load advertising pixels or set advertising cookies. Hosting providers may retain access logs under their own policies. A live deployment must use HTTPS.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry messages remain in the business’s Telegram chat until deleted. The business must set its retention period before launch. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the published business contact details once available. Applicable jurisdictions, contact details, and the retention period must be completed before publication.
